1-2-3 Squat!

Here's an interesting article I came across today. It writes about squatting when you are evacuating your bowel (aka "doing the #2") and how beneficial it is. I guess if you really think about it, that's how people used to do it before the invention of the toilet and toilet seat.

I'm going to try it and post an update in the near future. Have any of you tried this? If yes, do you find that it works?
