Get in Shape Girl! (or Guy!)
Marlene Habib at CBC.ca writes an interesting article about the benefits of Interval Training. Back in my University days I used to work out 4 to 5 times per week, at least 3 hours per day. Let's just say I was pretty 'buff'. Okay, well, at least that's what I said to myself looking in the mirror. =)
From what I see, everything in our world is changing; and most of the changes are catering to the Urbanites who dominate every market from clothing to electronics to cars to homes. New workouts have sprouted and/or evolved and have become more mainstream like circuit training, interval training and other small 10-15 minute workouts involving focus on certain parts of the body per day.
Do you work out? If yes, what is your favourite workout? How often and how long are your workouts? Do you workout in the privacy of your home or do you have gym membership?

...may you have the body you have always longed for...(if you don't, you'd better start or you'll always be wanting...)
